Getting started
Maxtopia works the moment you open it — no account, no setup wizard, no internet required. Here’s how to log your first workout.
Install and open
Download Maxtopia from the App Store and open it. You’ll land on the Today screen. There’s nothing to sign up for and nothing to configure before you start training.
Start a workout
- Tap Start workout on the Today screen.
- Add an exercise — search the library or pick from a program.
- Enter your first set: reps, weight, and optionally an RPE.
- Tap to log it. The set is saved instantly, on your device.
That’s the whole loop. Logging a set is a single tap, and it never waits on a sync or a spinner.
Use a program, or build your own
You can start from one of the 100+ built-in programs, or build your own from scratch. Either way, every exercise and program is available offline.
- Browse programs under the Programs tab and tap Use this program.
- Build a program from the Programs tab → New program, then add weeks, days, exercises, and set schemes.
Finish and review
When you’re done, tap Finish. Your session is saved to your history, where you can review volume, progress, and personal records over time.
