End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“License”) is between you and Maxtopia and governs your use of the Maxtopia application (the “App”). Apps obtained through the App Store are also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. License grant
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, or modify the App, or reverse-engineer it except to the extent applicable law expressly permits. The .maxtopia file format, by contrast, is public domain and free to implement.
3. Ownership
The App and all intellectual property in it remain ours. This License does not transfer ownership of the App to you.
4. Your data
The App processes your data on your device. We do not collect or receive your training content. See the privacy policy for details.
5. Termination
This License is effective until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach its terms; on termination you must stop using the App.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
