These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Maxtopia app and the maxtopia.app website (together, the “Service”), provided by Maxtopia (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Maxtopia is an offline-first iOS application for tracking weight training. Most functionality runs entirely on your device and does not require an account or an internet connection.
2. Purchases and subscriptions
The base app is a one-time purchase. Coach Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms; manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
3. Your content
Your training data is yours. It is stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your private iCloud account. We do not claim ownership of anything you create in the app.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app beyond what applicable law permits.
5. Health disclaimer
Maxtopia is a tracking tool, not medical or professional fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any training program.
6. Warranty and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date below and, where appropriate, an in-app or on-site notice.
